Mechanical components can fail. That's why we offer Optional Extended Warranties on new equipment purchases. Extended warranties offer peace of mind – no unexpected out-of-pocket expense (the limited warranty does not cover refrigerant or labor costs), hedges against inflation, and is transferrable to subsequent homeowners should the original owner sell the home.
